Terry & Stacy Heydt have over 30 years combined experience in advertising, marketing and sales. Terry was a manufactures sales rep for the hunting and fishing industry meeting with buyers and international manufactures. Stacy has worked in the sales, marketing and advertising departments of small to medium size national and international companies.
They decided to begin their alpaca business in 2001 as a retirement income. After studying with national and international alpaca judges and experts, “Breeding Up”, proper genetic and fiber selection became the heart of their business and breeding program. Today they are enjoying the benefits of the alpaca industry and share that information with their customers.
Art has always been a part of Stacy’s life. It was a natural progression to enter the world of fiber arts. She learned to spin after their first sheering and soon after became an Ashford dealer and teacher.

Stacy & Lisa are two friends with two farms.  Their friendship and dedication to supporting American Agriculture created the idea for  2Friends 2Farms.  They have a strong belief in helping small farms succeed by offering twice the knowledge and expertise as well as the assortment of complementary bloodlines in both herdsires, alpacas for sale and services offered.  “Two heads are better than one!”- right?

PLUSThey know all aspects of the alpaca circle from the grower/producer to the manufacturers/mills to the end users/consumers.  They can help you understand and communicate with any of these industries.
